According to Mr. Larouche, SKL Aluminium is three letters engraved in an aluminum block hanging on the company wall as a visible element and as a rallying point. Picked directly from his children's initials (Steve and Kathleen) and from his family last name (Larouche), the name of the company represents a sense of belonging and a strong level of commitment from the top management. It is first and foremost a passionate team, whose enthusiasm and pride are shared by the entire company.
