SKL Aluminium designs and builds all types of heat exchangers, of any sizes or capacities to cool water, oil or air. Among the widespread applications, there are: urban transport vehicles, high power generators, snow blowers, and harvesters, all types of heavy vehicles, industrial, on or off road vehicles, not to mention all the customizable use.

Aluminum is the only material we use to build heat exchangers; it offers high performance and weightlessness. As a matter of fact, the beams are made using a process called "brazing". This process creates a metallic link between the assorted components, and therefore improves the transfer of thermal power. Furthermore, aluminum is three times lighter than steel or copper, not to mention resistant to corrosion and is recyclable.

All of our systems, without exceptions, are built with a process that insures a high level of quality. From the design to the manufacturing process, we are using state-of the-art technologies. Each project is built with the help of calculation software and of heat performance simulation software, and then devised with a 3D parametric CAD platform. The conception data are then forwarded to numerically controlled machines, insuring the highest quality and precision-built products.
