Our engineering department applies itself to the study of performance specifications, of delivery, of the work envelope and of the surrounding factors that are directly influencing the heat transfer capacity. We have made a questionnaire to help customers identify all the input elements we need to better guide them with the project terms and conditions. Each specification is considered during the process. Once the thermal characterization is done, we suggest the best possible options to the client and follow through with a final report confirming the choice of the thermal performance model.
The design of the system is completely done with a logistic platform. This tool has many advantages. It is flexible and optimizes the plan completion time. It simplifies system integration for the customer with the help of a virtual prototype from the very beginning of the project. Relative risks and productivity slowdowns are greatly minimized. Finally, digital data coming from the three-dimensional model are forwarded to our manufacturing department. Machining, cutting and bending the final assembly pieces are done using state-of-the-art machinery, operated by a skilled labour.
